Inspired by Katrina’s days spent in Paris as a patisserie stagiare where she would prepare a traditional decadent chocolat chaud every morning, this drinking chocolate is an homage to the treasured infusion of Madagascan vanilla bean and deep dark chocolate. Recipe enclosed.
