Orders Policy

Each piece of pottery from Apricity Ceramics is handmade from start to finish. It takes one to two days to make an item, three days for it to dry, one day in a bisque kiln, one day to glaze, one day to glaze fire, one day to luster, and
one day to luster fire. That’s a lot of days for just one item!

Because of this, turnaround time for made-to-order items are anywhere from three to eight weeks. Please contact me if you would like to know exactly how long your specific order will take.

For website updates, please allow up to 2 weeks for me to pack your order. 


Shipping Policy

I ship USPS, UPS, or Fedex, whichever one makes the most sense. Shipping costs will be added during checkout. If you would like your item shipped by a specific service, please contact me at sophia@apricityceramics.com before shipment. 

Once I ship items out, it is literally out of my hands- I have no control of extended shipping times or stolen packages. I apologies for any shipping delays, however I can't take any responsibility for them.

If you suspect your package has been stolen, please contact me and I will start the claim process. No refund will be given until the claim has been processed. 

 

Cancellation Policy

I do not accept cancellations. 

 

Return Policy

I stand by the quality of my products and do not accept returns. Of course, if there is an issue with an item, please let me know and I will do my best to fix the situation. If an item is broken during shipping, please send me a photo of the damage and the packaging within 2 days of receiving the order.
